PISCADERA HARBOUR VILLAGE COMMERCIAL CENTER (BSL) – CURACAO

PHV Commercial Center (BSL) is an oceanfront property located in the exclusive Piscadera Bay in Curacao. It consists in a 17,000 sq. ft. building with reinforced concrete beams and columns and insulated ONEVO flat and inclined concrete roofs. 

We designed the tri-dimensional structural model, and working drawings of this building applying all the international codes requirements for wind and seismic forces.
