Golden Beach Residence is beautifully located in Golden Beach Islands, FL (15,000 sq. ft.) designed by famous Charles H. Benson & Associates Architects.

As the delegated Engineers for the roof structural design, We provided to the Engineer Of Record (E.O.R.) of this residence, the structural model of the roof and the shell structural model in ETABS V9.0, structural calculations book and structural drawings. This is the largest clear-span for a concrete roof with a 60’ x 72’ clear span supported on reinforced perimeter concrete walls. This project was designed to withstand 180 MPH winds in excess to the FBC requirements at the moment of 146 MPH.
